Patwa Apparel - fashionably taking "brand Jamaica" to di worl'

Dubbed, “land of wood and water”, Jamaica is only 0.004% of the world’s population, yet its impact on the world is undeniably profound. Surpassing the stereo-typical sun, sea and sand, the isle’s total cultural package is what the world is attracted to.  An important component of this package is LANGUAGE.

The name Patwa was identified, playing on the authentic spelling, “Patois”as we introduced the simple concept of providing interpretations for Jamaican expressions printed on t-shirts.  This idea had its foundation rooted in the depth and magnitude of “Brand Jamaica”.

An award of a “Bold One” of manufacturing by National Bakery in 2012 is testament to the fact that Patwa Apparel produces quality clothing.  August 7, 2007 was the day on which the idea for this trendsetting line was conceived. Patwa Apparel is deeply rooted in the culture of the Jamaican society.  It is colorful, hilarious and more profound whena Jamaican says “nuh badda mi” as opposed to ‘leave me alone.

Jamaica never looked so good...
